to minister to God, Ourselves and the Community, by Six E's:

Exalting Christ
Pursuing growth without compromising the message
and mission of the Church. 2. Edifying the Church
Using
Team Ministries to encourage participation from all ages, races and sexes.
Meeting people's spiritual, social and educational needs and helping them to discover,
develop and use their gifts for the building of the Body. 3. Excluding
Confusion
Removing duplication, resolving conflict and treating everyone
fairly so that we are all united in faith and joined together in the same mind
and judgment. 4. Enforcing Scripture
Providing teaching
based on Scripture, to maintain a balanced church, with equal emphasis on Doctrine,
the Fruit and Gifts of the Spirit, the Ministry, Gifts of Christ and acts of charity
and caring. 5. Evangelising the Lost
Ensuring that our programs
and activities are relevant to the community and that through them we touch the
hearts of sinners with the love of Christ.
6. Evaluating Our Progress
Ensuring that systems of accountability and reporting are in place that allows
us to set realistic and achievable goals and to review our progress periodically. |
